A Piece of Our Harte Retreat

There are so many things about this beautiful home that add up to a perfect vacation rental. The house, which is in a beautiful neighborhood, has all it's windows facing towards the woods, so you are totally unaware of any neighbors. The back deck - with a great grill and a large table for 8-10 - makes you feel like you're in some private nature sanctuary. We had every meal out there, just enjoying the sun and watching the deer stroll by. The indoors is great too, with a flow thru groundplan, comfortable living room with giant flat screen and spacious kitchen, perfect if you plan to do your own cooking. There is even a dumbwaiter in the bedroom so you can easily move your luggage and whatever else you bring from the garage level to the living level area above without having to carry everything up or down stairs. The king-size beds are also firm (the way I like them) and very comfortable, and the jacuzzi in the master bath just added to the sense of relaxation that everything in this home offers. We definitely plan to return to this house in the future, and I want to add that every need we had was immediately responded to by the wonderful rental agent, Ty. (Thank you, Ty!)

The pictures don't do this cabin justice. Everything about the cabin is top notch. Windows everywhere let in plenty of natural light. So cozy. The location is perfect. Sitting out on the deck you feel like you're in the middle of the forest. It's so quiet. Just a short walk from the deck is a canal trail that is mostly shaded by pine trees and makes a great hike. (don't go straight up from the deck, go out the deck gate, continue straight and you'll find the easy way up to the trail) Ty, the property manager is great to work with. She responded to my texts immediatly and was very helpful. Would definitely rent this cabin again!
